Campaign Automator is a standalone Optmyzr product that lets you build scalable, automated, and inventory-driven PPC-campaigns. For businesses and agencies, accounts tend to be very consistently structured with huge amounts of data like business data, product data, inventory data, etc. and manually going through the process of building separate accounts, creating ad campaigns and ad groups and managing them is a highly cumbersome process. Campaign Automator uses your existing inventory data to create and manage up-to-date custom ads on several ad services.

The Problem Statement

The Campaign Automator is a standalone Optmyzr product that helps you start new campaigns faster, advertise only for available products, and cut out wasted spend, all in one place, however, the existing representation of the product clearly lacks a little when it comes to the user flow. A first time user is bound to be confused as to what needs to be done next due to the lack of a proper step by step guided process and most of the details that need to be inputted by the user are not intuitive. Moreover, the visual design is inconsistent and hence downgrades the overall user experience.

N & T indication might not be detected by the system. The indication of value is missing.

Ad extension to be a part of the ads. Inventory CTA could go at bottom.

List / table of created ad groups with a link to each title. After creating a new ad group, save snd come back to this screen. “Add Ad Group Template” could go above. CTA for Next and Add required.

“Enter Manually” is not required. Copied Data not shown. No option to copy budget from another campaign.

“Campaign Type” can be included at this level. For a new user, it should not show “Copy from a campaign”

“Use Existing Campaign” might not be required as the user already specified the same. “Campaign Ad Extension” could be a CTA below campaign tab.

“Change External Source” should be at the bottom. “Download Sample” not required. Columns Available can be accessed by SYNC DERIVED DATA as CTA.

Could have a list/drop down for all options and also show what all can be uploaded. Back button is not self explanatory. Default spreadsheet name not shown.
